Document Logistix win Document Management Product of the Year 2021

At the annual industry flagship awards, hosted by Document Manager magazine, Document Logistix won the 2021 Document Management product of the Year award. The company was also runners-up in the Document Management Project of the Year category for its work with the Hillcrest Group

The whole company is thrilled to have been recognised with a major Document Management award for the fourth year in a row.

In another extraordinary year in which every organisation has been affected by the pandemic, Document Logistix helped established customers enhance their digital business processes. The company also provided guidance and helped with rapid digital implementations for prospects who were starting their digital transformation journeys from scratch.

The pandemic caused shockwaves in more ways than one. In a very short time, the Covid-19 crisis brought about years of change in the way companies in all sectors conduct business. According to a McKinsey Global Survey, companies have accelerated the digitisation of their customer and supply-chain interactions and of their internal operations by three to four years.

Today’s business leaders point to technology’s rise in strategic importance as a critical component of conducting business, and not just as a source of cost efficiencies.

Document Logistix’ flagship product, Document Manager, has helped customers to automate and improve workflows, implement business intelligence dashboards, enhance security and transition to remote and home working, while remaining fully productive. An efficient distributed digital workflow is becoming the mainstay of operations for many organisations.

Dan Wajzner and Tim Cowell comment on Product of the Year win

Tim Cowell, Document Logistix CTO, said: “I’ve worked on projects in 2021 that have required speed and involved complexity: to migrate vast amounts of legacy records and data, to implement group-wide solutions, and to ensure that customers can have complete faith in the security of their systems. The historical expectations about how quickly and comprehensively businesses can enhance, or transition to, digital business processes have been altered completely. We have the evidence and this award provides a great validation of our achievements.”

Dan Wajzner, Document Logistix MD, added: “We are again very proud of how the various teams across the business have adapted and continued to develop both our product and customer base by enabling them to be safe and effective when working remotely. Four major awards in four years is a fantastic achievement. Credit has to go our Development team and all the Document Logistix Sales and Support staff whose ‘must do’ attitude underpins our success.

On another note, as pleased as we are to win a major award at this year's Document Manager Magazine awards, we are also delighted that our partners have been recognised for their work and dedication. Congratulations to PFU (EMEA) Limited – a Fujitsu company for winning Company of the Year. And a special mention for Lemmana. Lemmana is a young company that adds layers of artificial intelligence and machine learning to digital document management. Lemmana has been rightly recognised for the innovation of its products and we look forward to seeing the company flourish as it increases the speed and efficiency of document workflows for its customers.”
