At the annual industry landmark awards, hosted by Document Manager magazine, Document Logistix won the 2020 award for Workflow/Business Process Management. The company was also runners-up in the categories for Records Management and Company of the Year.
The whole company is thrilled to have been recognised with a major award for the third year in a row.
In an extraordinary year in which every organisation has been affected by the pandemic, Document Logistix helped established customers meet new requirements – typically, enhancing security features. The company also provided guidance to prospects who were un-used to working away from company offices for extended periods.
The pandemic caused shockwaves in more ways than one. Yet many positives are emerging in the way companies are adapting to new conditions. The big social change is the potential for improved work-life balance. The big business change is that companies have started to embrace digital opportunities that once seemed complicated or expensive.
Document Logistix’ flagship product, Document Manager, has helped people to transition to remote and home working, and remain fully productive. Document Management is also valued for the security of the data it houses. An efficient distributed digital workflow is becoming the mainstay of operations for many organisations.
Tim Cowell, CTO, said: “The records management area is a key component of a compliance strategy and we are pleased to be recognised for the product developments we have achieved.”
Dan Wajzner, MD, added: “We are very proud of how the various teams across the business have adapted and continued to develop both our product and customer base by enabling them to be safe and effective when working remotely.”
